Please pray for some of our upcoming events in the city ministry Keep in mind that all events are designed with an evangelistic focus. We look to introduce the Gospel into the conversation on all topics.
In Australia, the immigration question is continually in the media. Being an island nation, many people try to enter the country via boats. The government decided to stop the boats from coming to Australia.
There are protests, news articles and everyone has an opinion. What do you call the people who are coming across the oceans to come to Australia? How do you define the decision: a safety issue, immigration or humanitarian? There are passionate arguments on both sides of the discussion.
Please pray for this balanced conversation with panellists who come with different experiences with this topic.

The central theme of the Bible is love, but what does that really mean?
When Jesus says, love your enemies, love your neighbour and to love God, is that the same love we have for our favourite restaurant, football team or friend?
Please pray for Ian Powell as he shares about what the Bible means by this confusing word, love. He will help us to understand how we can apply it to our enemies, neighbours and God.
