Thank you for all of your wonderful letters and e-mails of encouragement over the past month. The Lord has kept us very busy with ministry. Russ has been overseeing different ministry duties in the city, such as a potential ministry in Bondi junction and the “in-House” groups in the corporations in Sydney. He has or will be preaching in different churches throughout the city and surrounding areas. (Central Mountains Baptist, Inner West Baptist and East Bowral Baptist) Please pray for him and the opportunities. Pray for a young couple (Pablo and Jessica) who we have been discipling since they came to know the Lord. They are experiencing resistance from their family and other outside forces. They can use your prayers as they are on fire to serve the Lord.

We currently have an expedition team from ABWE here to assist in Holiday Bible Club (VBS). We covet your prayers. The young team members and we will need strength to make it through the week. Madang is an older area of town. The kids come from difficult backgrounds. We are praying for many to come, hear the Gospel and, as the Lord wills, many would be saved. It is an action packed week with hosting a team and HBC. Please pray for us.

We hope to share the details in the coming weeks. Russ’ parents will be arriving in a few days, also. Pray for their safe arrival.
